If you would like us to meet with you outside of our office, we are delighted. However, there are some practical difficulties.

Of course, the first is the extra time for such travel and as we all know, time is money. We do offer to meet in the client¡¦s premises, but we do charge an additional amount of HK$1,000 on the overall bill. Sorry about this, but there is the time for us to some to you and to get back to our office and all this is extra as I am sure you can work out. In addition, there is the further visit when it is time for the attestation of the Wills. On this occasion, we need two members of our office to come to your location to witness the Wills.

Yes, I know you too can provide witnesses, but reasons, too long to go into here, we prefer to provide our witnesses and that way we can keep in touch with them should this be necessary later.

Sometimes our clients wish us to come for even an additional interim meeting just to clarify details before signing and so you can add it all up ¡V to rather a lot.

Compromises are available wherein we can come to your place for the ¡¥instruction meeting¡¦ wherein you tell us how you want your estate distributed, but you can come to our office for the signing of the Wills. Our fees this way is only $500.

We do like visiting with our clients in their office or home etc, we simply ask that it is not in Pacific Coffee etc in Central. We do need a conference room of sorts. This is no small matter and a serious discussion is required. So, if you do have a meeting room, please feel free to ask us to visit with us ¡V on the other hand, we have nice coffee here
