Matthew Lloyd, TEP
Managing Director
Born and raised in England Matthew completed his Business Administration degree in the UK and then went on to work in the finance and estate-planning sector. Matthew moved to Hong Kong in 2001 and has been crafting Wills and advising clients on their estate planning throughout Asia since.
Matthew is a full member of the IPW (Institute of Professional Will Writers) and has completed STEP’s Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation and Advanced Certificate in Cross-Border Estates and obtained TEP with STEP.
Matthew is married and father to a 5 years old son. He is a follower of Stoke City, avid golfer, snooker player and cricketer and enjoys any challenge by anyone to a game of pool.

Will Writer
Jessica has lived in Hong Kong since 1958. Prior to Professional Wills Ltd, Jessica served in the Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Air Force for 24 years as a rescue helicopter pilot and as such was Hong Kong’s Duty Pilot for emergencies. She also set up and owned Security Systems (F.E.) Ltd (SS), a leading Hong Kong security company that she operated for 33 years. Following the successful sale of SS to G4S in 2006, Jessica changed her profession from the physical security of people and places to the security of people in their families, through estate planning, finances, health, wills and trusts.
She is a qualified wills and estate planner via The Institute of Professional Will Writers (IPW) and the Society of Will Writers (SWW) and obtained her TEP with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She is also a Fellow of The Security Institute in the UK.
Apart from her military qualifications she obtained her Commercial Helicopters Pilot’s license CPL(H). Her love of flying has seen her own her own aeroplane, fly all over the UK and Ireland, co-piloted by her wonderful wife Tana. She has 3 adult children.
Georgie was born and raised in England and completed her LLB (Hons) Degree at the University of East Anglia. Georgie spent her holidays during university working for a high street law firm that specialises in Wills, Probate and Family Law and enjoyed the private client side of the work.

Before moving to Hong Kong, Georgie lived in Shenzhen and frequently visited Hong Kong. She loved the vibrancy of the city and as a result moved to Hong Kong. Since then, she has worked as a corporate paralegal at an international law firm in Hong Kong, assisting in investment funds and regulatory matters, for example, the establishment of public funds and applications for regulatory licences and approvals.

In her spare time, she plays netball for the Kowloon Netball Club, she also plays badminton and takes Mandarin classes with an aim to take the HSK papers.
Nivedita Shankar
Will Writer
Nivedita is from Sydney, Australia and has completed her LLB (Hons)/ Bachelor of Finance at the Australian National University in Canberra. She also completed an exchange semester in both the London School of Economics (LSE) and University College Dublin where she developed an interest in working internationally and decided to focus her career within the Asia Pacific region.
After graduating, she worked within the Advisory arm of a large professional services company in Sydney where she rediscovered her interest in the law and moved into an in-house legal role. She has experience working within a large retail bank in Australia. Within this role, she was also able to complete her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, allowing her to be admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW.

Apart from work, Nivedita has several interests including singing, running and exploring the nature and food culture of Hong Kong.
Melissa Leung
Finance Manager

Yammie Mok
Financial Controller
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Yammie has 30 years experience working as an executive secretary and assistant serving top management at an architectural and interior design practise.
In her free time, she swims to keep fit and loves to experiment and learn cooking techniques. She recently won first prize in an Abalone Competition in 2020.
She is a native Cantonese speaker, fluent in English, and business-level Mandarin.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, educated in the US at Tufts University, Rachel has a wide array of skills and experience, beginning her career in Silicon Valley, and returning to Hong Kong 15 years ago to work in events and marketing.

She has had worked on large-scale events like Hong Kong's premier music festival, Clockenflap, to fundraising events for Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation. She has been an active member in the not-for-profit community for over 10 years, and has served and been an active advisor for the board of the American Women's Association of Hong Kong.​
​
When not working, she spends her time volunteering and mentoring a teams from City University's English Program on social media, event management, and communications.
Kiara works to ensure our office runs smoothly. Through her training and experience in hotel management, she has been able to adapt her skills through her excellent communication with our clients and team.
Hong Kong has become her adopted home and she enjoys cooking, spending time with her family and exploring the local culture.
Kiara holds a BSc Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tarlac State University, Philippines.
Simran loves the rush life in Hong Kong and the opportunities for it gives. She started her career working for a prestigious jeweller and worked as an the assistant manager to produce events and marketing. She realised she wanted to explore a corporate setting with new challenges and is currently pursuing her Bachelor in Business Management from HKUSPACE.

Simran is an avid knitter, fan of true crime, as well as a foodie and enjoys exploring the local bar and restaurant scene.
​
Simran was born and raised in Hong Kong and is fluent in English and Chinese.
