Our Team
Originally from England, Matthew completed his business degree in the UK and went to work in the finance and estate-planning industry. Matthew moved to Hong Kong in 2001 and joined Professional Wills in 2008. He has been advising clients on their Wills and estate planning throughout Asia since then.
Matthew advises on a broad range of cases and has assisted clients on a number of issues connected to their Will writing. These include multi-jurisdictional considerations, inheritance/estate tax planning, and business succession. Matthew also specializes in complications surrounding UK domicile - which is relevant for many clients in the region - and also in planning for repatriation.

Matthew has given seminars to Chambers of Commerce and to similar organizations in Hong Kong, Vietnam, Singapore, and Thailand emphasising the importance of Will writing and estate planning and the various complications arising in different jurisdictions.
Matthew is a follower of Stoke City, is a keen snooker player and cricketer, and enjoys any challenge by anyone to a game of pool.

Ha Kyung (Haky) Moon
Will Writer
Haky, a South Korean native, has studied in South Korea, South Africa, China, and New Zealand before settling in Hong Kong for over 10 years. She holds a Juris Doctor and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the City University of Hong Kong.
Throughout her training at law firms, she assisted with matrimonial and private client cases and drafted worldwide Wills, Hong Kong Wills, as well as registering Enduring Powers of Attorney. She is currently awaiting admission as a Hong Kong qualified solicitor.
Outside of work she enjoys golfing, painting, and actively contributes to the conservation of manul cats. Haky is fluent in English, a native Korean speaker, and has conversational proficiency in Mandarin.
Melissa Leung, CPA
Finance Manager
Melissa brings more than 20 years experience of diverse accounting, financial, and business experience to her role at Professional Wills Limited.
​
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance as well as completing her CPA in the US. Melissa has extensive accounting experience through accountant and senior management roles for a variety of medium to multinational companies located in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Hong Kong.
​
Her expertise includes providing comprehensive accounting services, including, audits, taxes, and payroll reports. Additionally, Melissa has expertise in supporting computerized accounting systems.
​
She is a native Cantonese speaker, fluent in English and Putonghua, with a basic knowledge of Japanese.
Lisa Saha
Secretary
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Lisa graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in the United States with a degree in business management. Due to her prior work experience in office administration, sales, and communication, she can efficiently support PWL's client management and administrative duties.

In her free time, Lisa likes to explore new hiking trails, take dance classes, and read novels. She is also an active charity member and takes pride in giving back to the community by serving meals to the homeless across Hong Kong.
Ritika Belwal
Secretary
With prior experience in office administration, Ritika assists the team in writing Wills and helps provide the best support to run the office smoothly.
She completed her education in India and moved to Hong Kong in 2020. She enjoys nature, sketching, and exploring the city.
Ritika holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications from Indraprastha University, India.
Emily Lloyd
Business Development
Emily has been in Hong Kong for 15 years and assists the team with marketing and business development. She is active through the international school network educating parents about the value of having correct planning in place for guardianship of young children.
Wei Roberts
Business Development
Wei's role helps our clients ensure their affairs are in order, with a particular focus on raising attention to potential tax issues for certain jurisdictions to complement their existing estate planning. He enjoys interacting with clients and adding value to what they have in place to safeguard their assets. Wei has been in Hong Kong for 8 years and was educated in the UK.
